    1)7 launches of high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries for mass production in China, as well as the mass production of 270 WH/Kg (18650-3.45 Ah) long-cycle power lithium-ion batteries.
    2)Development of the platform that can store 300 WH/Kg and achieve the energy density of 280 WH/Kg combined with fast charge technology.

    Testing equipment and instruments including the Mettler Toledo Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer, the Malvern Panalytical Laser Particle Size Analyzer, Zahner Electrochemical Workstation (Germany), GRAPHTEC 10-Channel Multi-Channel Temperature Meter (Japan) and HIOKI Voltage Resistance Meter have been introduced. 

  • Scientific tests to ensure safety, consistency and reliability of raw materials to products

    1. Incoming inspection: The inspection items include specific surface, tap density, trace elements, particle size, roughness, moisture, puncture force, tensile strength & puncture strength, air permeability, etc. 

    2. Product tests: The test items include impact, thermal shock, extrusion & needling, low pressure at high altitude, external short circuit at normal & high temperature, combustion, overcharge, over-discharge, temperature cycle, cycle life at normal temperature, cycle life at high temperature, storage performance at high temperature, charge retention at normal temperature, etc.
